Pig & Chicken Hospitality is the brainchild of Chef Jeff Osaka and business partner Ken Wolf. The group consists of multiple restaurants including five Sushi-Rama locations, Osaka Ramen, (the now shuttered) 12@Madison and downtown Louisville’s beloved Empire Lounge & Restaurant. During our years representing Pig & Chicken (5 and counting), We’ve helped open three Sushi-Rama locations (including the outpost at Denver International Airport), hosted multiple media dinners and a chef takeover at Beckon with Chef Osaka, increased social media impressions by 87%, engagement by 20% and audience by 33%, participated and created fundraisers for the group, and garnered over 400 press hits resulting in 900+ million impressions including Sunset, Food & Wine, Harper’s Bazaar, Forbes, The Kitchn, AllRecipes, Eater, Thrillist, and the cover of the March 2021 issue of 5280.
