Since its opening in 2022, Odie B’s has flipped the script on the everyday bodega, mixing scrappy neighborhood charm with a fresh, modern vibe to create one rowdy little sandwich shop. Surpassing the average meat-cheese-and-bread, Odie’s serves up inventive combos that push the boundaries of flavor and leave you coming back for more. 

Husband and wife team, Cliff and Cara Blauvelt have created a refined fast-casual eatery that has quickly become a local favorite known for its innovative, technique-driven yet FUN offerings. Blauvelt places a strong emphasis on the well-being of his team, prioritizing mental health, work-life balance, and overall happiness. We came on board to support the opening of Location #2 in the RiNo neighborhood where we hosted a “house warming” event with 25 of the city’s top influencers and journalists.

We are also proud to be assisting the team with the opening of their new concept, Boombots Pasta Shop, which is set to open Summer 2025.
