Husband-and-wife team, Tim and Lillian Lu, opened Noisette, a French restaurant in Denver's LoHi neighborhood in late summer 2022. The classically trained couple offers a comfortable yet elegant dining experience focused on cuisine bourgeoise - middle-class French home cooking style. With emphasis on technique and refined presentation, Noisette serves as both a weeknight date spot and special occasion destination, featuring curated wines, hors d'oeuvres, entrées, and desserts.
